"Easy and friendly " This is our 3rd car that we had purchased from this dealership.Everyone is so friendly and courteous.Naycolle and Chris were great .The Starbucks coffee and snacks help too to make the car buying experience more enjoyable especially after a couple of hours in.

"Great experience" Tim did a terrific job. Whole experience was first rate. Details were well handled and finance department did a thorough job explaining the various options that were available. Juan did a great job explaining all the functional details. Love the 528i and would recommend BMW Sarasota highly.

"Helpful people. Incredible numbers of signatures required" Everything worked well. Everybody was efficient and polite. I was amazed at the amount of paper required even for a relatively simple purchase of a used car, with no trade in and cash available.
