"Exactly what I expect from BMW" Derek was amazing. We were from out of town and he took the time to listen to what we needed. "Enjoying service" Getting service is actually a calm experience have some coffee and snacks but the best part is see my service advisor Maria who is always smiling and I ALWAYS know she will take care of everything I have been to a lot of BMW dealerships and she is the best service advisor I have ever had
