"The staff " We had a very good experience. We went to the dealership just to look around and before we left we had purchased a car The young salesman Rick Salazar was very helpful and professional. I was not really looking for a BMW, I was going to trade in my older mercedes for a newer model but I liked the look of the one I bought I had owned two BMW many years ago and was happy with both. "Good experience" Valentina did a great job communicating issues with the car, offering solutions and outlining costs. The parts and labor were right in line with average BMW costs noted on Google. In addition, front desk Chris represented the dealership well on Sunday when I called to schedule a service appointment.
