After not being able to reach a satisfactory deal on a new 2015 228i Coupe with this dealership, Emilio Torres, General Sales Manager for BMW of Sarasota reached out to me a few days later and we agreed to a very fair deal for that car. I bought our car off a lease. I agreed on a price with a salesman, and he added some charges at the last minute, which almost scuttled the deal. The manager stepped in and apologized, and ultimately accepted the earlier agreed price. He changed us to a different salesman, who was great, and really aimed to please. Transaction and vehicle certification went very smoothly, and I would shop there again.

My wife and I were out looking for a car for our son, we stopped at many other dealerships and were very dissapointed at the way the others wanted to play games. We stopped at BMW of Sarasota used cars and found a nice little Honda Civic. Micheal Hughes and Ruslan Grinchenko made this sale go so smooth. I would brag about this dealership!
