After attempt to purchase certified preowned BMW 550 fell through, this dealership was so accommodating on new BMW 550. The used car sales manager Michael Hughes was instrumental making my wife and I very happy customers. Also client advisor Russell Lee was extremely helpful. We will be back in the future!

In 2010 I purchase a 2008 BMW at the FT myers BMW as a result of the unprofessional treatment I recieved from Sarasota BMW. However, this time around i was treated as a fair customer and as a result I purchased a 535xi (2011) thanks to John , Client advisor.Michael Sales Manager , and Tammy Business Manager.I will pass this on to others who are interested in buying BMW's a satisfied Customer Sherry Felicien

They walked me and my mother through a certified pre-owned purchase or her and were fantastic. They were fair, honest, and up front with everything. I live in another state and would rather come back here and buy a car compared to dealing with the dealerships where I live.

My salesman was excellent.. Stayed late to show me the car and bent over backwards to make the deal go through. All salespeople should be like him. Manager (Michael Hughes) has a great personality and was very personable and helpful. Overall experience was pleasurable. I have purchased several new and used vehicles and other than Venice nissan all the others do not compare to this dealership. Thanks for the experience.

I must say this is a one of a kind dealership. Without going into long drawn out description let me say that Michael is the kind of manager that would risk life and limb on a very busy 6 lane road just to make sure that you taken care of! Richard although not risking life and limb also is to be credited with going the extra mile as well with getting me a badly needed key for the car i purchased. Both of these guys are what a car buying experience should be all about. They truely went above and beyound in my eyes! Thank You

I'd like to highlight my extremely positive experience with the Service Department at BMW Sarasota. Kyle Taber, Service Manager and Dean Harris Service Advisor always go above and beyond the call of duty. I have been a BMW owner now for over 12 years and in 2 different states. Recent dealings with Kyle and his team at BMW Sarasota have been outstanding. They are knowledgeable, thorough, honest and always accommodating, making an otherwise dreaded process (taking car for service) a pleasurable experience.

I started out with the New car division with Jack. He took the time to educate me and let me know about the different vehicles I might like based on my needs. He allowed me to test drive and answered all my questions and followed up with me. He was very professional. My husband and I decided to go with a newer pre-owned vehicle.
