Purchasing a car can be stressful. The folks at BMW have the right people and attitude. From the minute I entered I was greeted by friendly people who could not help me more in a non pressure way. I felt as I was among friends. It made the process seamless, I purchased the most amazing car in no time. Michael, the sales manager and Russ our associate were exceptional. I will recommend this agency as they treat people as people not numbers.
BMW of Sarasota has provided the best experience possible in buying a new car. I have purchased many cars over the years from different manufacturers and dealerships, and have to say that none of them have compared to BMW of Sarasota. Eric the salesman was very familiar with their inventory that was in my price range and was extremely helpful in demonstrating the operation of the vehicle and answered all our questions. Upon our arrival at the dealership Michael greeted my wife and I with a big smile and was extremely courteous. When I mentioned our names he immediately acknowledged why we made the visit to the dealership. You see, the night prior I had completed an online request for an appraised value on my vehicle and explained which vehicle we were interested in. Dan was extremely a friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure salesman. He was very happy to custom configure my X3 rather than sell me one off of the lot.He also suggested the Spartanburg SC BMW Performance Center delivery, which I did take advantage of. I highly recommend this, and it was the highlight of my BMW purchasing experience.
My wife and I visited this Dealership just to look for a car to buy once my daughter (17 years old) got her license. We met with Michael Hughes and end up buying two BMWs. One for me and one for my daughter. Better still when we came back for some over looked service item, Michael took the time to introduce as to the service personal and did not leave us until we were completely satisfied. Must be honest,only the 2nd time I've purchased a used car in my life, and was a little hesitant to buy a car here.....BUT.....a TOTALLY AWESOME buying experience!!!
