Michael was very attentive to my needs, showed me all available cars in the style I preferred, and answered all of my many questions thoroughly and accurately. He even made an appointment with me the day after I purchased the vehicle to provide me with more information. I gladly would recommend him to my friends.

Mr. Radke was the best sales adviser I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has an excellent knowledge of the product and showed genuine concern for my needs rather than just trying to sell a car. He took a lot of time with me and was very patient with my questions and then after the sale spent the time needed to show me everything about the car. It is unfortunate the car industry still has the stigma attached of consistently being an unpleasant experience. My experience with both Michael and Jon was exceptional. Very accommodating, friendly and considerate. They were not pushy and stepped up to the plate at every angle. I am very pleased with BMW of Sarasota and will continue to buy cars from this dealer. This is my 3rd BMW and I love them.

My salesman Dan Davis always gives excellent customer service & attention to detail. Kyle Tabar goes above & beyond to assist me with service needs as well as other questions I may have!! Loraine Campbell is very courteous and attentive as an operator, and has always helped me when needed. Bryan Hostetler is very helpful in the service area. All four employees are doing an excellent job!!!!!!!!

My experience was great because of the deal I got and the salesman. I have never used this salesman before but was comfortable with him. I made it clear to him what kind of car I wanted and what price I was willing to pay and I walked away happy getting what I wanted. If I did not get what I wanted there would have been so sales. Phillip wad patient and respectful, would buy from him again.

Mr Boone was very patient with me while I was deciding on which vehicle.. He answered all of my questions that I had in reference the the various options for the car that I wanted.. He was extremely helpful in making sure that i made the right decision that best suited my needs.
