Emilio Torres has been exceptional to deal with, both when buying our cars and when we needed something after the sale. He even had a loaner car driven up to our daughter 2+ hours away when the local BMW dealer would not help her with a loaner for a major under warranty repair. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car from BMW of Sarasota. The service at this location is far superior to other BMW locations that I've experienced. I purchased my vehicle from this location, but had an issue and needed service while in Orlando. When the local Orlando dealership gave me problems and refused to rectify the situation to my satisfaction, Emilio had a car delivered to me from over 2 hours away to use while my car was being repaired. Friendly, well dressed young man who was most helpful with helping us trade in a car and select a new one. He had all the detailed information we required . Gave us a trial ride and fully explained all the functions of the car. Went out of his way to be helpful. It was a most pleasant transaction. He is an asset to the organization.
