I brought our BMW in for service and the service advisor was Neil McCarthy. He was very helpful both in terms of setting up the service and answering my questions. The service was done properly and within the estimated time. This is a first class dealership with an excellent staff. J.W.Staudenmayer
I like Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, and Porsche equally. I just bought my 4th BMW in the past 4 years because of the stressless experiences I have had with Eddie Cintron. My relationship with him doesn't end after I purchase the car. My wife and I go to him every time we have a question about our cars. He does more to market a BMW than the cars themselves. I went in for service and eveythinh was fast and easy. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I am more than pleased with my visit.
Great attention by Jeffrey, always looking for my specific needs and looking around to see how he can fullfill my needs... sales vs finance are quite litte not coordinated, happens that the price verbaly negotiated in sales, at signing, the number was moved up some dollars...
I had recently returned my existing BMW to Burt Smith BMW in St Petersburg. Even though I was an existining returning customer looking to renew my vehicle the salesman was just lethargic - not interested - I might as well have just looked at a brouchure. etc etc. I walked away with no car. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and I believe, honest. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I'd buy from Eddie again in a heart beat. He never made me feel pressured in any way.
This was my first time initiating a sale via the internet. After several days of communicating with area BMW dealers I was down to 4 cars and three dealers.
