Went to this dealership for the first time yesterday as my X5 needed normal service (oil and trans fluid change) the Modesto locations soonest appointment was March 2nd but Elk Grove got me in for next day service. Service agent Bob Caudle was friendly and provided excellent hospitality while I waited for my vehicle. I definitely will return to Elk Grove for my next service! Great job Elk Grove!

Just here to get my first oil change on my car. Walked in, my service manager greeted me by name (as he always does), so did lovely woman at the desk and all of the individuals that helped me purchase my car nearly six months ago have come over and said hello. Since I’ve been waiting, another employee came by and asked if they could get me water, coffee or a snack. Customer service here is off the chart.
