Mercedes Benz Service I recently visited Motor Werks of Barrington for a scheduled maintenance (Service-B) for my Mercedes Benz C-240. I have visited Motor Werks of Barrington for my service needs since 2004 and have always received excellent service. This time around was no different. I was very pleased with the prompt service provided by the Assistant Service Manager Mr. Bob Knurowski. All necessary services and repairs were clearly explained and the work was performed on-time and very well. Thank you very much.

Exceptional experience & loving the new Q-50! Our sales consultant, Jim Salvinski, was very knowledgeable and thorough on each of our three visits - test driving, purchasing discussions and final purchase and pick up. Honda Service Excellent!! We have recommended Motor Werks Of Barrington repeatedly, and bragged about our excellent service. We're happy to see Ed Wong back on the job, as we have been dealing with him for years, and have bought all four of our Honda vehicles from Motor Werks over the years. Great staff, good deal!! I purchased a BMW 325xi manual, silver in color, under 100k miles. Just the car I was looking for. The staff was excellent and very professional. I had to travel from Wisconsin to purchase the vehicle but it was worth the trip. The process was fast and convenient, and I was even offered lunch while I waited for the car to be filled up with a full tank of gas. Overall, the experience was great, and would definitely recommend shopping for a new vehicle at Barrington Cadillac.

Really very happy with overall experience. Made an appointment for regular Mercedes Service. My Service Advisor - John Laskowski - made it easy to review and select services the car needed and those that weren't critical at the time. The whole process was smooth and although my car was kept another day or so - I'm grateful the work was performed and more so, some of the repair was under warranty.
