Car was serviced under warranty I had to bring my car in for a faulty part on the steering wheel and also had to have all the paneling replaced. You have the best service people working for you, especially John Laskowski and Tom Nolan. They always return my calls and are available when I need them. This is my third Mercedes and I have always had them service at Motor Werks. I Always tell others about the great service I receive. Jim DeRosa Jim DeRosa is the VERY BEST! I continually say this after every appointment with Jim. He always takes care of me and does so professionally and with a caring attitude. Thursday April 4th I drove my auto to Motor Werks just to ask about my recall information and I had a question about needing service. Jim immediately checked the status of the vehicle. Motorwerks great experience AGAIN! I have purchased several cars over the years here. They have a great selection, really listen to your needs and always find me the perfect match! Fair and easy to deal with and friendly! Issac in sales and Tony in finance are the best!!!! I bought one car a few years ago from a different dealership and the experience was not good.
