Love this place The first time I came here was approximately 15 years ago after a dealer in Elgin had not been honest with me. I was a bit intimidated due to all the luxury cars that are well beyond my means. They treat all their customers with such kindness, courtesy & I might add honesty , no matter what type of car they arrive in. EXECELLENT Buying Experience! Working with Kevin Schroeder and Kelly Ingram at Motor Werks / Mercedez Benz of Hoffman Estates was an experience that I will never forget. Customer Service is Second to NONE! I had an interesting issue with some significant warranty work needed on my BMW 750i. Elliott in Services, Kim LaGioia in warranty sales, and the entire leadership team took care of me from start to finish. They never lost focus on doing what was right. Motor Werks is passionate about delivering quality service and I think that is a big factor in looking at the total cost of ownership. Brought in my used vehicle for repairs I can not say enough nice things about Motor Werks, Other companies can learn a great deal about how to properly treat a customer and doing a repair right the first time, Tim at Cook Street is a pleasure to deal with and Elliott at the main shop was extremely professional.
Bought a 2013 Honda CR-V We worked with Zach Sowinski during the buying process. He was a great salesperson and was very easy to work with. I wish we could have gotten more from our trade in, but it was a Pontiac Grand Am with a lot of miles on it. If we purchase another Honda, we will more than likely return.
Excellent Experience from everyone we worked with. We worked with Dustin R. and Larry R. in the BMW area but Dustin also showed us Mercedes and Infinities. Dustin was excellent. Very knowledgeable, but not pushy. He worked very hard. Larry provided us with a far price for both the new car and our trade in along with some good advice.
