Terrific Experience I brought my car in for service, knowing it might be the right time to look for an upgrade, and asked to be introduced to the sales manager to hook up with a sales person that matched my background and needs. Super service Had some minor problems with my M.B. & as like on prior service, Jim DeRosa did an excellent job of taking care of my problems. Repairs were done in a timely manner . As always , Jim was very pleasant & attenitive to my auto issues. Jim & his staff of machanics go above & beyond and are an asset to Motor Works.

Ken Betts the best I have purchased and leased cars at Motorwerks now for over 20 years. I have price compared other vendors but have never been swayed to change based upon price and service. CPO service Car Wash down for repairs, overall good service. Explanations on repairs should be provided in writing (what is the replacement part, etc)
