They have it all figured out. I have purchased numerous cars from Motor Werks and I have always walked away with a good feeling and satisfied with my dealings. If I ever have a problem, I contact MWB and it is "taken care of" with a minimum of hassle. I keep coming back for a reason.

Headlight Change Good fast service. Excellent customer service Changed Headlight bulb on 08 E-350 they only charged for parts whereas other dealer charged me for labor too when I had to change the other side before. Will get ALL my business related to Mercedes from now on.
