"Outstanding service and experience " I just purchased a BMW X5. My salesperson James was outstanding. He not only knows the BMW cars, explained them in detail but he also gave me several options to consider and was patient enough to low a test drive in all. I needed servicing on my BMW. Made a appointment with Anthony and Jimmy. When I arrived they took care of me right away. They offered me a loaner car but I said I would wait for it. My car was brought in by one of the technicians right away. They did the full service, and even had my car detailed. I was in and out of the service department in less then 2 hours. I called into Openroad BMW, and Alan Picked up. I was in the market for a new X5. I have been shopping around for about 2 weeks. Alan was the most patient sales person out of all that I have been speaking with. ( 3 dealers). He gave me a great deal. I cant say one bad word. It has been a great experience.
