I am truly grateful and blown away by the excellent customer service provided to me by Nitin Kalamdani. I am glad that I chose Open Road BMW as the dealership to lease my car. I am originally from NY, but decided to go to New Jersey because of the customer service I was receiving over the phone and email. Nitin went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car I wanted. I definitely recommend all to go to Open Road BMW. It has been a true pleasure and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Nitin was great and very helpful. Talked me through buying my first BMW. He went through different payment options and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. When the car was finally purchased he gave me a complete demo and followed up with me via phone and email. He was patient and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and his location.

If your thinking of getting a BMW definitely consider going to Open Road in Edison. Ask for Hao!!! Hes friendly and professional and answered all of my concerns and questions. The service from the staff especially Hao is great because they consider you a priority and value customer experience. Overall my experience was great. The fact that he works there makes me an avid customer. Tom, you have my personal thanks. This is my 4th straight lease from Open Road BMW . My 435i Xdrive GranCoupe was custom ordered and came in much faster than I anticipated. Jon and Jamal always take care of me and are there for me from beginning to the end . They're always available for any questions or concerns that I might have . They always come highly recommended by me and my wife. The dealership is like a family to us, thanks guys and keep it up !

Made an unplanned visit to Open Road BMW. Paul Ebner took care of us. My wife looked at GT and grand coupe. Paul took us on test drives and was patient. Never pressured us. Told him we would come back in a few days when there would be less traffic Came back and decided on GT. Got fair price for our trade and a good price on purchase Eric the finance guy was straight shooting and honest. Alison was helpful Was a no pressure purchase. My wife is happy
