This dealership is great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Stephen Scofield and Anthony Sinno. Stephen has made made my loaner car experience very smooth and flawless. Anthony was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. One of the best Service advisors around. Great Experience!

We went to other BMW dealerships to shop around but when we stopped at Edison BMW Nitin explained the features of the new X5 so well we were impressed. We got the maximum trade in value for our car and he convinced us to get the 2014 X5 with the M package. His friendliness and knowledge about the car is the best we ever got from a salesperson since car shopping . I drove almost 80 miles to the dealership because Eugene and Alex were recommended as honest and friendly and that, in did appears to be true. Very helpful and prompt with communications.Customers oriented. I am very happy with the deal. Got very pleasant experience overall and definitely will recommend to other people.

I initially looked locally at both new and used car dealerships, when I remembered that someone suggested OpenRoad BMW dealership in Edison, NJ. I have been to couple of dealers before I ended up here, apart from being professional they are very friendly as well when compared to other dealers. Eugene helped me out with walking thru the cars I asked for. Very nice person with lot of patience. Alex, the manager also was of lot of help. Very reasonable prices. I would recommend this dealership if you are planning on to by certified or new BMW. I got 2012 528ixD. Thumbs up.

He knows what I like when I am looking for something new and always give me the Best service. A few weeks ago I went into Open Road BMW at Edison to inquire about the new 4281 model. I was lucky enough to have met and spoke with Doug Jeffrey, a sale representative. Mr Jeffrey was able to explain everything to me about the 4281 model for me to easily made up my mind about the 428I coupe. He was very helpful in securing a lease contract for me. Recently we had an issue with our 328 which turned out to be a major issue. And of course the issue happened late in the day. I called the dealership and happened to speak to Jim Crowe. He told me to come right in and to my surprise had a loaner car ready. The next day I found out the issue was a major problem, but to Jim's credit, he was able to get us taken care of and back out on the road. I can't thank Jim enough for his great service and commitment to help. He always does what is needed.
