I never look forward to shopping for a new car, but admittedly this was a different experience. As a former Infiniti and Acura owner, BMW was a new one for me. On 7/20 we walked into Open Road BMW dalership, my wife and I were met by a very distinguished fine young man Santiago, from the start , he was honest and very knowledgeable ,we test drove 2 SUV's X3 , X5 .
