I came in to inquire about leasing 328 XI,and I was treated very well and walked out with key in my hand. Sales rep Igal Tadjiev was helpful and got me deal I was looking for.
I was always told that BMW is the ultimate driving machine. When I called to get the car I have always dreamed of I expected to get the ultimate customer service. Being in the military I expect honesty and integrity. I have never ever been treated with such respect and have felt comfratable as my experience with Mr. Anthony Napoletano. Great Experience, no pressure, very professional and thourough product knowledge. I leased a 328i xdrive BMW. The color I wanted was made available within 3 days and took delivery of the same, Marlen called me couple of times to make sure all is well after delivery.

From the moment I pulled into Open Road of Edison's service drop off the experience was great. The gentleman who greeted me in their "drive thru" drop off was very professional . I believe his name was Dave, he reminded me to take my EZ Pass and garage door opener along with my sunglasses.
