Open Road and Paul M were great to me. They helped me find an amazing preowned that was like new. They gave me a great price on my trade in and walked me through everything I need to know. I have been bringing my BMWs here for service for over a year. Overall service is excellent! Special than you goes to Anthony who goes above and beyond for customers. Even though BMW of Manhattan is closer I choose to bring it here based on my experience with both dealerships. Great job guys!
I came to the dealership to buy BMW X5 and I had great experience. I worked with Eugene and he was excellent. Eugene was low key, not pushy and respectful. He had filled the car up prior to my arriving. We did the deal quickly and he continued to follow up post sale and provide advice on other items. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle.
