Awesome experience! Knowledgable, attentive & friendly staff. Justin found the right car for my needs and was helpful every step of the way. Doug was quick and attentive. I would HIGHLY recommend working with these gentlemen. They were able to multi task and never lose focus on the customer. A+++ (coffee was good too).

I bumped into Miguel by accident at the coffee bar and his knowledge and warmth was encouraging, even though i didn't buy a car that day i definitely recommend Miguel. I did not get the classic salesman pitch and will call back to arrange a test drive.
Marlen defined the true meaning of a professional. His goal was to earn my business and demonstrated his commitment by listening to my needs and accomodated every request with ease. I was actually shopping, not exactly ready to buy, but after meeting with Marlen I felt no need to look further, I was sold. He is the best I have ever encountered and I have owned many luxury cars in addition to being a previous BMW customer. Will definitely refer Marlen to family and friends!!

I went to open road BMW last week for window shopping, but the salesman Marlen and manager Justin are very nice., so I decided to buy the car right away. I am very happy with their service, they are very patient, very friendly. Great people!
We recently purchased a used BMW from Open Road BMW in Edison, NJ. Overall, our experience was great and we were overly pleased with the customer service we recieved from Alan Stein and Alex Rozenberg. Alan is an extremely nice and knowledgeable sales advisor and we were very happy to work with him. He made our car buying experience splendid and fun. Alex was also helpful and extremely dedicated to closing the deal. I would certainly recommend Open Road BMW to my friends and family in the future.
I bought my first BMW 2012 328XIC from Open Road. Justin & Eugene were very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to get the best deal possible. The purchase was very quick and easy.
