I was scrambling to get a new E90 335i M sport with 6 speed manual transmission, a spec that is no longer in production. I inquired online and had several responses from different dealers. WE had a great experience at open road.The Client Advisor Marlen did what he promised when we walked in.He told us he was going to get us a great deal on a new BMW in a price that was acceptable to us.We were able to strike up a deal and left that very day with a new BMW. Marlen was straight and to the point and we quickly sat down and negotiated a great deal on a new 328.
Justin is the biggest reason that I bought from Open road. He made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. Tony took me for a test drive and Justin came over to discuss the possible options. I really appreciate the sales manager walking over to the customer to make the offer. He gave me all the time to think - no pressures. On the day of delivery John explained in detail about the car and diligently answered all questions we had. I would wholeheartedly recommend Justin to my friends and acquaintances.
