Our sales guy Reggie is always very professional, helpful, very knowledgeable and always going out of his way to make a a pleasant car shopping experience. And service associate Richard Gaffney was super helpful and accommodating when our vehicle was in need of immediate service.

I appreciate the valet service Fields offer and the professionalism of the service department. The service manager was helpful in arranging for the vehicle to be picked up , had some difficulty with others, rather not mention that person's name.

I had to wait for over 90 minutes but the dealership was accommodating and friendly. I grabbed free lunch and as many drinks I wanted while I waited. They even had a complimentary charging station for my phone which came in handy. Best part believe t or not was the price I was given for my service. Very pleased with my experience at Fields!
