RecommendedI love the service staff here! Super nice and easy to work with. They are upfront and honest about any issues your car may have. They even sent me a video of them inspecting my car’s undercarriage! I haven’t ever seen a dealership do that. I’m also very fortunate they’re so close to my house. Thank you for finally putting a BMW dealership in the northwest valley! Now my 5 series can be taken care of the way it’s meant to be taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience. Kynan was a great Client Advisor, who was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He made us feel so welcome and was great with my son who is 7. My son actually gave him a hug when we were done. Emily the finance manager was very informative and also great to work with. Both Kynan and Emily showed true professionalism and are great representation of BMW. I highly recommend Arrowhead
