I am writing to you because I’ve not been able to make progress with my sales agent. Last week I purchased a 2017 X1 from your dealership. As I was leaving the sales agent said he’d FedEx the second key. I haven’t received it. Additionally, when I got home I noticed the trunk lid was missing. I’ve contacted the sales agent again. However, the agent seems to be avoiding my calls, texts and emails. I am hoping we can resolve this sooner rather than later. Unhappy new BMW customer.

I would give this place a zero. Went shopping for a new X3 Sunday, 03/14 Got the quote from the salesman Hany Salama at $49,500. We went back the next morning to make the purchase. Believe it or not, THEY FLIP-FLOPPED ON THE PRICE THEY HAD GIVEN US THE DAY BEFORE! I then went back home and calmed down a bit. Be more attentive when doing a service on a vehicle. Left the cap off on my brake fluid reservoir after doing a fluid flush.

Awful. I'm not sure why I'd expect more from a car salesman but I'll never make that mistake again. They sent me the Info on a car, called ant told me they had what I was looking for and sent a credit app. I filled it out and waited. I needed a co-signer. Ok we filled out ANOTHER app. They called me the NEXT day saying they were "trying to locate a car for me". WAIT I filled out an online app for a car that doesn't exist anymore.
