I would highly recommend the sales department return calls even after the sale is final. I have purchased 2, I repeat 2 BMW's over the last 4 months from this dealership, I don't know if it's the Covid situation or they have just given up on customer service. I live in San Diego and drove all the way up there for a great deal on a 2018 530e. Leased a new 2018 330e 16 months ago.. brought it into Dealership for standard oil change 3 weeks ago and was told that my tires needed to be changed and it was going to cost me ~$1200 for new tires on a car that had less than 15,000 miles on it and 16 months into a lease!!! I've leased numerous cars and have never had this issue. Greatly disappointed and will never purchase/lease a car from here again.
Do NOT get your car serviced from this place! I can go on for hours as to what happened us after getting our car serviced from BMW of Buena Park. They put us in an extremely dangerous situation. I do not recommend them!!
fix your damn system!!! A simple lease return turned into a freaking 5 day ordeal bc your system was down!!! and you need to educate that girl receptionist of yours. seriously a 10 day grace period to return the lease? stop feeding your customers BS. If it wasnt for BMWFS reaching out to me that I was past my return date, I would of turned my car in past the damn vehicle reg date and I would of had to pay for the vehicle reg for 2019!!! Bad experience every single time I come in. I am currently waiting. � I have to wait for 2 hrs. just to find out what’s going on with my car. No loaner cars!!! I have a long drive home and no guarantees that I will be taking my car home tonight. This is BMW for crying out loud! Where’s the excellent service and back up plans???
