Bad experience bad customer service, I will never go back to this location, my warranty expired today and I went there today for service they told me that my warranty expired yesterday how is that if my warranty expired 04/13/2018,how come it's expired on 04/12/2018 as they say ،it doesn't make sense at all ،so they can make the money

I went there yesterday to lease BMW from Shelly BMW . I requested to test drive both 3 series and 5 series but the salesperson was very rude to us and told you can only test drive one car per visit . I wouldn't never recommend Shelly BMW dealer to any of my friend
I recently brought my car in for service with Shelly BMW on Oct 21, on Oct 26 at 5:46pm, I received a call from service telling me the car is done, and I need to come pick it up before 7pm, as that's when they close. Making a service appointment online may not get you a spot on the check-in list with the right service adviser. My appointment wasn't on the list and that made me look like a liar. Good thing I have the email confirmation to show them. Then again, it wasn't good enough. My appointment had to be confirmed one more time for an available service advisor working that day. The computer program was to blame for assigning me to an internal adviser who wanted not to work for me.
I stopped today to get my Oil Level filled up as it was low. Starting from 1st person to take the car to all the way up to the manager who sold the oil was RUDE!!! They claim that the policy changed that no longer oil can be topped off if you are with 2 months of oil change service. I went to the same dealer to top of my oil 2 times this year as my car do burn some oil and no issues. They are rip off finding new innovative ways to make $$$. Time to find a new dealer!!!
If you value your time and money, do not go to Shelly BMW. Worst car leasing experience ever!
