When i get my BMW i3...this is where Im going. ..
DO NOT GO THERE! My wife and I got our X5 serviced there and spent almost $5K. I took my M5 for service and repairs and was given a loaner. I drove the loaner car about 15 miles and the right rear tire kept deflating. I went back to Shelly BMW to get it looked at and they told me it had a nail. They asked me for my credit card to charge me for the cost of the tire ($400). The service dept is great, especially Eli. The sales dept don't attack you like vultures upon arrival. But man, their parts guy blows. Had the pleasure of meeting some fat assclown who was unhelpful and rude. I was quoted on some parts on the phone and when I came to purchase them, he quoted me another price and told me I must have called PepBoys.....I will buy another BMW, but will no longer patronize Shelly just because of this assclown.
