So quick, easy, and accommodating! Dylan was so nice and so friendly, and quickly got my car back to be serviced. The waiting area is so nice that I???m actually glad I stayed and waited rather than have someone pick me up. The coffee was wonderful and the snacks were so thoughtful. They also have WiFi so I was able to catch up on some work. Oil & filter service with replacement of both micro filters. I chose to wait for the service and was amazed at how quickly the service was completed. As always I am impressed with the service at BMW of Little Rock.

A Great BMW Dealer! We just purchased our 8th BMW from BMW of Little Rock and we???re extremely pleased. A salesman won us over on our first car, Rob continues the wonderful buying experience, and Jack & Angie in their excellent service department keeps us coming back. Excellent service! Encountered a tire failure due to a road hazard. Contacted the Little Rock BMW Service department by cellphone and they stated to bring the car in and they would fit the work in their schedule. I drove the car for over 50 miles with a flat tire to the service center. Within about two hours I was back on the road. Couldn't have gotten any better service any other place.
