So quick, easy, and accommodating! Dylan was so nice and so friendly, and quickly got my car back to be serviced. The waiting area is so nice that I???m actually glad I stayed and waited rather than have someone pick me up. The coffee was wonderful and the snacks were so thoughtful. They also have WiFi so I was able to catch up on some work. Service Adviser Jack Tester is the best! Service Adviser Jack Tester is the best! He has helped with time and access and coordinated repairs with all my BMW???s for more than a decade.
Oil & filter service with replacement of both micro filters. I chose to wait for the service and was amazed at how quickly the service was completed. As always I am impressed with the service at BMW of Little Rock.
A Great BMW Dealer! We just purchased our 8th BMW from BMW of Little Rock and we???re extremely pleased. A salesman won us over on our first car, Rob continues the wonderful buying experience, and Jack & Angie in their excellent service department keeps us coming back. Very friendly and wonderful lounge to wait in. It is always a relaxing , reasonable wait in the comfort of their multi-faceted lounge area, with all the drinks and snacks you could want.
Excellent service! Encountered a tire failure due to a road hazard. Contacted the Little Rock BMW Service department by cellphone and they stated to bring the car in and they would fit the work in their schedule. I drove the car for over 50 miles with a flat tire to the service center. Within about two hours I was back on the road. Couldn't have gotten any better service any other place.
Excellence in all areas I have never in all my years had such an excellent experienced as I had with the staff of BMW of Little Rock. All your Employees bent over backwards to accomidate my every need. The professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy of my salesman, and all who played a part in my purchase are second to none.
