Great first experience with BMW Great customer service ! Had a really good experience Tamika is awesome !!!she really look the time to explain things to me and was very patient with my hijab and I :)

Great experience Dylan gave great customer service. Super helpful and friendly. The waiting area was well stocked and clean. The courtacy vehicle was nice. Overall what to expect from a dealership.

Helpful and easy! I???m 17 years old and they took care of me the same as they would a 35 year old. Everyone was polite & very helpful!

Great dealership Everyone was very helpful with me in choosing the right car for me at a reasonable price. My only concern was that I was told come back the next day to get a better understanding of how to use my car's technology because they were about to close soon. When I called to talk with someone called"genius"the next day; he seemed annoyed by the call and he didn't do appointments on Saturday. Seems like there is lack of communication between departments.

Best experience you could hope for! You never look forward to having to have your car in the shop, but the people at BMW Little Rock service department went above and beyond to be helpful. I broke down in middle of a business trip in Arkansas and had to be towed to the dealership. They kept me informed, gave me a loaner, and helped me arrange to get home the weekend before Christmas. Great group of people. I can not recommend them enough!!!

Great job guy just what I expected from BMW. Great job at a bad time way to go. It was at Christmas time and not convenient they took care of me with a loaner durying that time it was great..

Life Saver I originally bought my vehicle from the Mark McLarty Toyota dealership in LR and within 3 weeks of having my vehicle, my engine light came on. So, we took my vehicle back to Toyota and they sent us away. After 2.5 hours of traveling around LR trying to find someone to help us, we got sent to BMW of LR to Antywon. Relaxed and easy going As a first time car buyer, I expected a lot of jargon and salesy vibes from a dealership. Ryan Barker made things smooth and easy for me. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with me and all my questions. I even got to sit in the BMW I8. He and Tonya Cashion (in the finance department) made my first car-buying experience a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend looking to purchase a new vehicle.
