They inadvertently put a small crack in my transmission during a routine service. They very well could have let it go since it was small enough to probably never effect the vehicle but they opted to put in a brand new transmission in at their cost of 11k. BMW of Grapevine service dept. has integrity in all they do. They not only treat you like the most important customer they have, they also go beyond whats expected when it comes to customer satisfaction. I'll always own BMW because of this place!

I would advise anyone looking to purchase a BMW to go to Sewell BMW of Grapevine and visit my friend Mike Cotroneo. Mike gave me everything I asked for in price color and more and he got my payments below my requested price. Top notch customer service and I was only there for two hours never have I experienced a auto purchase like this!!!
It was a great pleasure at BMW OF GRAPEVINE. Everyone from the person that greeted us as we grove up to Ryan in service department to the cashier were just very pleasant . They were happy to see us and wanted to make sure that our wait was comfortable. Wait are was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable.
