I can’t speak highly enough of the Sewell service team, and Andreas in particular. Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle or extended warranty and maintenance contract though them, they went over and above when a technicality (on the BMW side) looked like it would leave me stranded. Best car buying experience ever!! After talking with Conner Jones on the phone for several days, made the deal and drove down from Oklahoma to seal the deal!! Very nice people and very professional, treating my husband and I the best! Conner even surprised me with a birthday cake after he noticed it was coming up soon! Now who does that, other than the best dealership ever! Even washed my car I drove down in! This dealership is above an beyond 5 stars! Highly recommend!
