I was visiting family in Ft Worth when I discovered on Saturday that I had a nail in one of my tires. I called them and they got me in quickly and I got a new tire and was treated like royalty there. Fabulous dealership!!
We had a great experience with this dealership. We had previously worked with a BMW competitor for previous cars, and Sewell blew them out of the park with their customer service. Bonus-they also have a mother’s room.
This was my second Sewell vehicle purchase and I had another great experience. Mark Gervig was the manager that helped me and he was tremendous. He was prepared, thorough, respectful of my time and went the extra mile to be sure I got all the discounts and incentives I qualified for. I will buy again from Mark. Thank you!

Purchased my first BMW from Sewell a little over a week ago and couldn't be more pleased. Obviously the car is great - everything I expected. What really put this experience over the top was the way I was treated by pretty much EVERYONE at the dealership. The salesman, Xander Leatherwood, was attentive, helpful, professional. I’ve been to this dealership on four seperate occassions and they are the epitome of professionalism and good customer service. They make you feel valued as a customer. I never regret spending my money there when I leave. I have been offered a loan car for every service. I’ve been to another BMW service center in Arlington and the level of customer does not even remotely compare. Having recently moved to the area, I was here yesterday, for the first time. I had my X4 routinely serviced. From beginning to end, it was a first-rate, 5-star experience. Everyone I came in contact with could not have been more polite, helpful, or accommodating. And, the coffee barista was an additional treat. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car-related needs.
