Excellent service, extremely friendly staff!! In this day and age where customer service is waning, Sewell BMW knocked it out of the ballpark!! Very pleased as other BMW dealerships are not as pleasant. At Grapevine I felt welcomed and they were happy I was there!
I went to BMW to get 4 locking lug nuts removed as I didn't have a key. I went to another dealership and was basically ignored. Tim at BMW of Grapevine really turned my bad experience around. He was very helpful and took care of me in no time. I will be back. Thank you Tim!!!
