"Excellent Service" The staff was very helpful in helping find the right vehicle. They were very patient and gave me as much time as I needed to think about my purchase and options.
"BMW service" So much better than Fields Winter Park. Not as many perks in service area but I will gladly forego those perks for excellent service! Glad they added this location years ago
"Great Service Dept" Service department was quick and easy to schedule. When I arrived I was blown away by the customer service. Extremely impressed and can't wait until this location gets the "update" it deserves.
"Wonderful Sales Department" I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle through Al. He was friendly, calm and patient in showing me various options available while not pushing me into a immediate sale. I will continue to rely on him for future purchases because he is genuine, professional and truly there to help.
"Friendly , honest, not pushy" Cynthia was amazing she helped me so much find the car that I wanted, she was very patient and answer all the questions that I had about the car. She helped me make a decision without being pushy. I felt really comfortable with her and the entire BMW team at this location

"Very Impressed With Service Experience" I typically don’t take the time to give feedback on services, but I was impressed with the job your team did on my X5, so it is definitely warranted. On what was obviously a busy day in the Services Department, I was able to schedule an appointment and you even started the work before it was scheduled. It was completed quickly, correctly, and everyone at the center was both courteous and professional. If I ever need service in the Orlando area, I will be sure to contact you.
