"Good work Fields BMW service center. " To begin with, scheduling the service was a breeze. Very accommodating staff, as availability of my time was limited. I was kept abreast of the repairs and the work was completed Ina timely fashion. Service manger, Eric was very professional and polite and greeted me with a smile. The shuttle driver, Jesus is a great person. Every person I came in contact with was exceptional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

"First visit at the service department " I had a flat tire late in the afternoon and with no appointment this dealer installed two new tire in 40 minutes. The desk person Ms. Nancy Hernandez did a great job taking care of me and everything was outstanding! Highly recommended this dealer.
