"Outstanding " I called in the morning and Nancy Hernandez was extremely helpful and polite . She got me in the same day and out within hours. She did everything she said she would in calling me back. I have several businesses and would love to have a great employee like her. I will be back.

"Be Nice" Wonderful service department. I couldn't have been happier with my BMW's service and really liked my service advisor. I was taken back by how rude the other customers were acting towards the service advisors. I felt bad for them having to be abused by discourteous entitled customers. Be nice....and you will be treated in kind.

"Oil Change BMW" Overall the dealership was easy to work with and the job was completed in a timely manner. My two points of feedback is that I was the dealership have out complimentary loaners like Audi and Mercedes for those that are getting a service done. It is an easy way to market different vehicles and a nice service for those that have paid a large amount of money to buy the car. Second, I was shocked that the shuttle was an old van and not a BMW. "Awesome experience " I recommend this dealership. Unlike Mercedez or Lexus they have different plans to work with your situation. I had a really bad negativity in the car I was trading in but they still helped me and managed to work it out. Michelle was of great help !

"EXELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE " I went into the service center to maintenance my vehicle & as soon as i walked in the door Nancy Hernandez greeted me with a smile on her face and made me feel welcomed. My car's mechanic, Kevin was also very knowledgeable. He not only told me what was wrong with my car, he educated me on the issue & told me how he was going to fix my car. "Service" I brought my car in on a Saturday, and the team took great care of me and got my car in and out relatively quickly considering I had no appointment.
