"Experience with my new lease of a BMW435i" I would like to thank BMW and especially Aladin Omar for the great experience that was provided to my wife and I during the leasing of my new vehicle. The fact that I was able drive the vehicle off of the lot the same day was amazing. Aladin was extremely proficient and answered all questions very clearly. "Best car buying experience" After shopping around for a few weeks, Greg Cola helped put us at ease. He was not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. "The Best Car Buying Experience" Melissa Scelsi was great to work with. She's extremely friendly and professional and she really worked hard to help me find the right car, at the right price, for my wife. Melissa is the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. I wasn't expecting an experience like this but the entire dealership staff seems committed to customer satisfaction and I will definitely come back to Melissa when my lease is up.

"Performed as Advertised" I had an idea of what I wanted in my car in terms of features and price and Ewa delivered. I found her trustworthy. The process was easy and pleasant with flexible options. It took little time to complete the process. I had some minor issues that were addressed and solved quickly.

"Great car buying experience." In my opinion BMW of Bay Shore is the best place to go on Long Island. Vidal Asson was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very friendly and professional.
