Just purchased a 2019 X3 I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new 2019 X3. The sales staff were professional and courteous. There was a good selection of vehicles in inventory and was able to pick one that met my expectations.
Awesome First visit (test drive) was smooth, relaxed all my questions answered Took week to make my decision (that’s the way I am) Never any dealer pressure. Courteous, professional and to the point Tim made what could have been a dreadful car purchasing experience, into a pleasant and expedited process. Fantastic in every way! I had an accident and needed a car. Nick and James got me a loaner and then helped me get a new M5 They then gave me some loaner snows until my own came in.
