Pros from start to finish From the client advisor, Ben to the general manager, Nick and the finance manager, Rich and also Bella at the front desk - total pleasure to work with in this process. Then spending time with their BMW Genius, Brandon was also very helpful. After having purchased 2 vehicles and also servicing at BMW of Cape Cod (Myles, the service manager is the best!!) I’ll continue to come back, they care about their customers and do a fantastic job.
Buying a car with no stress My exerpience at BMW of Cape Cod was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car . I took 4 months of looking for a new car and went to multiple dealerships and looked at 30 to 40 different cars. Which provided a lot of I erred back and forth. Poor customer experience Richard Harrington was condescending and rude to my husband and me. Our potential trade in vehicle was an older high end car with high mileage but instead of gently telling us that the vehicle was worth very little, he berated our attempt to negotiate with him. He told us that we were not "a good fit" for the dealership. That is pretty haughty. We were not trying to get into a fancy country club or prestigious college -- we were just trying to buy a car! Hassle free transaction After some very challenging experiences with other dealerships, working with Tim Muldoon at Premier BMW Cape Cod was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, honest, upfront and ZERO pressure. He was committed in finding the right car for me without being pushy. Outstanding experience with honest staff I initially test drove a used 2015 535i that was at Cape Cod BMW dealship however I went to BMW of Shrewsbury looking to save a few dollars on the same make, model and color (big mistake). Great car buying experience. I bought a used vehicle from Cape Cod BMW. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Joe and Brandon were great. Even the financing part of the experience was painless! This was by far the best car buying experience both my husband and I have had. I almost forgot that I also turned in a leased vehicle. I think that is a testament to how smooth the process was for me.
