Ultimate Service for the Ultimate Driving Machinee Tim (sales) and Richard (finance) made a deal that helped me acquire a 2015 Alpina B6. Great Customer Service When buying a new car, I want an honest price, dependable and true customer service from sales and service departments and convenient location. Buying a car here is always a great experience. My wife and I have purchased or leased 4 different BMW's over the years and we have always worked with James Carbonell. Buying a new car for my wife The Sales person Tim was easy to work with and very straight forward. His assistant Brandon was helpful demonstrating the features of the car and reviewing everything so even I could understand it. Richard in finance was helpful and not pushy when it came to add ons. Great experience overall.

Very knowledgeable without any pressure I went to the dealership in the summer to start looking for a new vehicle. Thought I wanted a 3 series but ended up driving a 3, 5 and X3.
