A relaxing and enjoyable experience! I normally don't buy my cars through dealerships as I had a "not so great" past experience. Class Act Tim did a great job explaining all the different options and features on all 3 of the x series models we were considering. I wish I had brought my wife along to experience how professional and fast this process was. Unfortunately she was working the day I stopped in which is probably why she decided to buy a Land Rover instead of another beamer. Its her car so I didn't argue. Ben in Sales Was in 3 years ago and didn’t purchase.... when walked in today Ben in sales remembered me and was very helpful. Would recommend Anyone shopping a BMW to ask for Ben when they walk in the door. He makes you feel comfortable, knows his product and treats you with the upmost respect.
