This was the most straightforward and efficient car buying experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years of buying cars, all thanks to Mike Tullie’s professionalism! Right before Thanksgiving (yes, I’m late with my review), I saw a certified X5 advertised and called to check its availability. I was quite surprised when I learned of rodent damage to the electrical wires in my car. My car is garaged, and I have an exterminator check the house and garage regularly. The estimate of over $2000 was a complete shock.
They did a great job on a small warranty issue and got me in and out very quickly.
