I had an issue with my vehicle and the took me right in, identified the issue and I was back on road within an hour.

The guys at Cape Cod were AWESOME! They were friendly, professional and they assisted us with obtaining our vehicle. The entire process was short and easy. The only thing missing was the 2nd key fob for our vehicle.

I had my vehicle there a week and was disappointed I couldn’t get a loaner car. I spent $500 out of pocket while some of your customers are offered a free vehicle. If that free service is built in to the cost of repairs, a discount should be offered to those not getting a loaner

The team at Cape Cod BMW was excellent. Tim was extremely attentive and provided excellent follow-up. Alex went above and beyond by coming to my home to assess my car/determine the trade in value. Richard was extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond to help finalize the purchase of my new car.
