Pre-owned car purchase for my wife and I, first time visit, so professional, patient, cooperative, and not ONCE did anyone have the 1950's & 60's car salesmanship attitude, very refreshing! Had my first Bimmer for 23 years 82-320is, been without for 20 +, now back in a X3 3.0i, so from this experience at BMW of CC as a First Time customer, the result...... now they have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

The guys at Cape Cod were AWESOME! They were friendly, professional and they assisted us with obtaining our vehicle. The entire process was short and easy. The only thing missing was the 2nd key fob for our vehicle.

I had my vehicle there a week and was disappointed I couldn’t get a loaner car. I spent $500 out of pocket while some of your customers are offered a free vehicle. If that free service is built in to the cost of repairs, a discount should be offered to those not getting a loaner
