Simple. Very Professional Team approach. Joe Martin and I met briefly while I was having my 2014 X3 serviced. I was casually looking in the showroom. No pressure. He suggested I take time and see if I wanted to trade the vehicle. Almost simultaneously he reached out to me just as I was going to reach out to him. Eventually found the car I wanted to a T. Out of state purchase/out of their way service I purchased a 2018 X2 online from BMW of Cape Cod. After doing a lot of research, they had the one we wanted even though it meant traveling out of state to get it. We had to jump through some hoops with a misunderstanding on my part that found us landing at the airport to get the car without a necessary piece of paperwork.
