The way it should be! On Friday, September 13, 2019, my husband, Paul and myself walked into BMW of Cape Cod, we could feel the professional and stress free atmosphere. Pleasant, no pressure buying experience We worked with Joe Martin who is very nice and very professional. He let us drive the X1 on our own, and helped us by looking at both new and pre-ownef inventory. The car we chose had a recall pending, but they expedited the repair and went the extra mile to get the car registerrd in CO. Ruchard in finance was also very easy to work with and explained all the options clearly.
