Pleasant, no pressure buying experience We worked with Joe Martin who is very nice and very professional. He let us drive the X1 on our own, and helped us by looking at both new and pre-ownef inventory. The car we chose had a recall pending, but they expedited the repair and went the extra mile to get the car registerrd in CO. Ruchard in finance was also very easy to work with and explained all the options clearly.

Simple. Very Professional Team approach. Joe Martin and I met briefly while I was having my 2014 X3 serviced. I was casually looking in the showroom. No pressure. He suggested I take time and see if I wanted to trade the vehicle. Almost simultaneously he reached out to me just as I was going to reach out to him. Eventually found the car I wanted to a T.
