Fantastic group in Hyannis ❗️ Tim Muldoon was the associate who helped me pick out the perfect car for me...He easily answered any questions I had and made it totally painless.. Richard in financing explained all the necessary paperwork and we bought extra items to keep my car looking great. Everyone was courteous and accommodating and treated me with the same respect as any other adult (which I cannot say for some other dealers I’ve visited- being a young adult, there is a misconception that I cannot afford a vehicle of this brand etc). I truly appreciate everyone who lent a hand in making my wish come true! I am now the proud owner of a BMW X3 and couldn’t be happier. Although, I wish I had some BMW swag :)
What I like most about this dealership is they have a person to explain all the technology in the cars. And I can keep going back with questions, no time limit. This is especially helpful since the new cars are filled with all kinds of drivers assistance and other comfort technology.
