Service department always friendly and professional. Very easy to deal with. A very skilled technical group. Customer waiting area is bright and well equipped for short waits

Great car buying experience. Tim was professional and knowledgeable about his product. He had the car detailed and ready when we picked it up. This is my first BMW and not my last.

Kennedy and the service department always deliver! I brought my car in for a glove box replacement (which BMW covered 50%) and was informed I needed a few other services. Most of them were covered under under my warranty. It was great to get all this done in one visit. Thank you Kennedy and team for always going over and above!

What a great and uncomplicated experience. Tim was incredibly helpful and informative through the whole transaction. He had the car shipped from coast to coast and made it easier than going to the supermarket for bread! First class.

I had my recall done the other day along with fixing a leak ... the service was great and the people involved very helpful... polite and to the point... I just hoped my car wouldn’t need 1800$ for an oil leak ... obviously not planned correctly from the factory...

Friendly people I always enjoy my service experience. Service staff is attentive and the waiting room has great coffee. I made an appointment and was early but the acr was serviced and returned promptly. I always enjoy looking at the vehicles in the showroom and in the lot. So many great cars! Always look forward to talking with James if he isn't with a client. Bela is always friendly.
