By far the best carbuying experience I ever had I've been looking to by a new BMW for a while. I was "just looking" for the right car on eBay, where I came across BMW of Lincoln's inventory. My wife and I have bought 2 BMWs from Husker Auto Group and it's been nothing but excellent since we stepped on the lot. Bill Chapman has been awesome and helped us find vehicles that fit our needs and wants. The service department has been very helpful and it's always a quick turnaround. Service department was incompetent and dishonest, will never go back. They broke an engine bolt, said it couldn’t be fixed, and I would have to buy a new engine. Refused to accept any responsibility or try to fix their mistake. Took car to a local mechanic and he drilled out broken bolt and replaced without a problem. Dealership management provided no assistance. Now driving to Omaha for all services. Strongly recommend going anywhere but the Lincoln BMW dealership

Rushed me out the door before I could do a third party inspection on a used car. I got the car inspected after and it has corroded parts which I had to pay for you. Not cool at all! I would never recommend this place ever.

They sold me a car with remote start. The remote start function didn’t work because they didn’t have the second key. I had to have the car reprogrammed which cost me extra money and they were not willing to work with me at all to make it right.

Tried to sell us a car for more money than they had advertised then we walked out over they won't come down 500 dollars

Went in to look at a BMW 530i advertised on a few sites. It was sold when I got there. Salesman didn't know it wasn't available, but took the time to find out, and then find me a 545i in the same price range. We took the 545i for a test drive, and I told Todd that I thought the price was more than I wanted to pay for a car. THe "sales manager" said they'd give me a good deal on the car, before I took the test drive. I have little, to no, patience for the back and forth game with sales managers.
