Used inventory is rough; if priced too good to be true The Internet sales guy is sleazy. He's who gives used car salesmen a bad name. Lies about what is sold/not sold to get you there. Website is slow to update inventory. One car looked like it had been flooded inside. Had down to the metal scratches fixed with a paint pen from Walmart. My wife took our X5 in for an oil change and complete detail. He knew it was going to be several hours, and didn't bother to ask my wife if she wanted a loaner. Seriously, they alway offer me one when I take the vehicles in. They never ask her if she wants one when she does. She sat there 5 hours, and then I got there and sat the next 1 1/2 hours.
